Aggies sign UC Riverside & Kansas transfer Jordan Webster

Texas A&M women’s basketball announced the signing of former First Team All-Big West selection Jordan Webster Tuesday.
“We are very excited to add Jordan to our team and Aggieland,” Head Coach Joni Taylor said. “She is a high-level scorer that is ready for the challenge of the SEC. Jordan will fit right into our culture and the 12th Man will love her. Adding her experience and spirit will be a great asset to our program.”
Webster spent her first four seasons at UC Riverside where she scored over 1,200 points in 101 games. During the 2023-24 campaign, the Dallas native led the Big West in scoring at 17.1 points per game while shooting 36.6% from the field and 83.5% from the charity stripe.
During her senior season, the 5-10 guard led the Highlanders to the WNIT for the first time in nearly a decade. She also shined on the defensive end of the floor, recording 2.5 steals per game.
Webster sat out last season at Kansas due to injury after transferring to the Jayhawks during the 2024 offseason. The graduate student was also an All-Big West Honorable Mention selection her junior season and an All-Big West Freshman Team honoree her rookie year.
Webster is the fifth player to sign with the Aggies this offseason. She joins Pien Steenberger, Ny’Ceara Pryor, Fatmata Janneh and Lemyah Hylton as players to join Texas A&M this offseason.
